Alongside the Holy Mass, prayer times are organized as sacred moments of pause—inviting the community to reflect, contemplate, and remain united in prayer.

Forms of prayer may include:

• Eucharistic Adoration
• The Rosary
• Taizé prayer
• Silent prayer
• Short retreats

These prayer moments are not limited to a specific location, but may take place:

• In parishes
• Within communities
• Or individually, wherever one may be
